Pineapple Pork Chops

Pineapple Sauce makings.  The only thing missing are the chops! Oops the chicken broth too.

Oh there they are, getting all fried up!

 

Add the chicken broth, cover and simmer.

 

Not taste tested by Grady, but Grady approved!

 

Add the pineapple mixture; simmer until sauce is thick and FAB!

 

 

Serve over Rice…..or serve over noodles if you’re a noodle person….or serve over nothing at all cuz they are good!

Pineapple Pork Chops

2 to 4 loin cut pork chops

1 can chicken broth

1 can pineapple chunks in juice

3 Tbs soy sauce

1 Tbs white wine vinegar

3 Tbs brown sugar

2 Tbs cornstarch

Salt and pepper to taste

oil for frying

Heat oil in large frying pan or Dutch oven. Season pork chops with salt and pepper. Fry chops until nicely brown. Add chicken broth, cover and simmer for 30 to 45 minutes or until fork tender. Mix the pineapple with the juice, soy sauce, vinegar, sugar and cornstarch in a small bowl add to the chops. Simmer on medium heat until the sauce thickens. Serve over Rice.
