Hot Spinach Artichoke Dip!

This is one of my absolute favorites.

One of my best girlfriends and I make this almost every time we get together.

Hot Spinach Artichoke Dip

2 jars marinated artichokes

1 pkg frozen chopped spinach

2 cloves garlic (or more if you like)

½ cup sour cream

½ cup mayo

1 cup shredded parmesan cheese

Thaw and drain the spinach. Drain most of the marinade from the hearts and chop. Use about 1 teaspoon of the marinade as flavoring. Put into a baking dish. Mince or grate the garlic and add to the spinach mixture along with the mayo and sour cream and ¾ cup of the parmesan cheese, stir well. Top with remaining cheese and bake at 375 for 20 to 25 minutes.

Serve with toasted baguette slices or tortilla chips.
