Garbanzo Bean Dip and Spread

This bright orange mound of yumminess is SO easy. You’ll need a food processor for sure!

Ok…I made it as a dip, but then I got CRAZY!!!! How about a spread for a vegetarian pita sandwich too????

It was so good. I slapped a hefty amount of the spread in the pita bread, added vegetables of my choice and–YUMMO!!

Garbanzo Bean Dip and Spread

Yield- Approx 2 Cups

Prep time-10 minutes


1 15 oz can Garbanzo Beans, drained

1 C Roasted Red Peppers

8 oz Feta Cheese

2 Cloves Garlic

1/2 Lemon, juiced

1/4 teas each Salt and Pepper

Put everything into a food processor and whir away until it is smooth, or to  your liking.

Serve with pita bread and use for a sandwich spread.
