This is so delish and SO easy! Prepare it in the morning let it marinate in the fridge all day and grill it after a long day. The fresh basil and garlic are amazing together.

Basil Garlic Marinated Pork Tenderloin

Cook Time: 35 mins
Prep Time: 15 mins
Serves 4
2 pork tenderloin
4-6 garlic cloves, thin sliced
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
3 tablespoons basil
1/4 teas pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
Trim any excess fat and silver skin from the tenderloins and place in a gallon size zip-lock bag.
Add the olive oil, garlic, basil and salt and pepper. Partially seal the bag and carefully roll most of the air out of the bag, then seal completely. Message until the garlic and basil is evenly distributed around the meat and refrigerate for 4 hours or more.
Remove the tenderloins from the refrigerator about a half hour before grilling. Preheat the grill, you want to get a good sear on the pork.
Sear the tenderloins for 2 minutes on each side to seal in the juices and to get nice grill marks. Reduce heat and grill for an additional 14-16 minutes turning after 7-8 minutes depending on how large your tenderloins are and how well done you like your pork.
