Baked Panko Breaded Pork Strips with Honey Mustard Dip

This is SO frickin easy—I loved it—you’ll love it! I think, I hope!

Ok, you might think it’s a waste to use these beautiful center cut pork tenderloins  for this….it was all I had and it was great! Cut the pork in 1/2 inch slices lengthwise.

Coat with regular yellow mustard and season with lemon pepper. Cover with the Panko crumbs.

Spray a broiling pan with vegetable oik spray. Place all the coated pork strips on the broiling pan and spray the pork lightly with the vegetable spray too.

Bake at 400* for 15 Minutes or until nice and brown.

Serve with easy honey mustard dip, (recipe included) easy peasy and delish too!
