Asian Chicken Recipe

It’s really very simple and not too many ingredients.

Chop and mix—that’s it.

Don’t forget to put on some good music! Shake your groove thang!!!

Marinade the Chicky Chicky Boom Boom!

Sorry, I was dancing around shaking my boom boom!

All baked up and fantastic!!!

You’ll need—

2 to 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts

Chicken Marinade

½ C low sodium soy sauce

¼ C rice vinegar

½ teaspoon ground ginger

2 teaspoons sesame seed oil

2 Tbs sesame seeds

1 shallot finely minced

1 clove garlic finely minced

Mix all ingredients in zip lock freezer bag. Add chicken breasts, place bag in bowl and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

Put chicken on a rack in baking dish. Bake @ 375 for 20 to 25 minutes or until fork tender. Baste with marinade while baking, making sure you get the garlic, shallots and sesame seeds on the chicken.
